Luxury La Manga Club Villa Rental
This 4 bedroom semi-detached villa has accommodation on three floors, it can sleep 10 guests if requested. It is well furnished and equipped, and has nice views over the landscaped gardens and the large community pool. There is free wireless internet access.
Enter the property into a hallway and then into the open plan lounge and dining room,which is well furnished and complete with flat screen satellite TV and DVD player. Patio doors open to the partially covered terrace with outside lounge furniture, dining table and chairs and a gas barbecue. A few steps down from this terrace leads to the community gardens and large freeform swimming pool with children’s paddling area.
The separate kitchen on the ground floor is well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and a wine chiller. A separate utility room on the lower ground floor houses the washing machine and another sink.
Also on the ground floor is bedroom one which offers a double bed and a full bathroom and patio doors to the lounge terrace.
Bedroom two is on the first floor. It has twin beds which can be made into a double bed and en-suite full bathroom and patio doors to a private terrace with views over the community gardens and pool and the hills beyond. Bedroom three is also situated on this first floor, it has twin beds and an en-suite shower room . From the first floor stairs lead up to the private roof terrace.
From the ground floor, steps lead down to the lower ground floor, where you can find bedroom four, a large room with two sets of bunk beds, high windows to give natural light and a full bathroom.
